Our Story

A group of athletes warming up or practicing on a grassy field near a track. They are wearing athletic gear, including shirts and shorts, and appear to be involved in a group exercise or routine. Most have one arm raised, and they are positioned in a line with a large stone wall in the background. A sign on the wall reads 'CAA', indicating a sports conference or event.

AFTLETE was born from a shared reality; the abrupt silence after the final season. When the uniform comes off, many athletes are left without direction, identity, or support.

We saw the gap.
We felt the loss.
And we knew it was time to do something about it.

AFTLETE began as a small network of former athletes sharing resources and experiences. Today, it’s a growing movement offering coaching, mentorship, leadership development, and career pathways designed specifically for life after sport.

Because you didn’t stop being an athlete.
You just started being something more.

Our Vision & Mission

Vision
Aftlete empowers former athletes to navigate the transition into everyday life by developing soft skills, executive functioning, and inner peace within a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

Mission
To empower athletes in transition through curated programs, peer community, intentional coaching, and purpose-driven connection.

Transformative and supportive experience.

Why It Matters

Leaving sports isn’t about losing the court, or field, it’s about reclaiming identity and forging new paths. AFTLETE exists to hold that tension and convert it into energy, strategy, and ultimately, impact.

Founder’s Message:

“I started AFTLETE because I needed it. After sports, I struggled with who I was without the game. This organization is for anyone who’s ever asked, ‘What now?’ and wants to turn that question into a powerful answer.”
